Ühel ilusal talvepäeval peale kelgutamist tulime perega koju ja tekkis isu millegi sooja ning mõnusa järgi. Polnud päris sõrniku isu, kuid mingi nostalgiline tunne oli ikka peal. Kohupiimapalli isu. Need on maitsvad, kuigi mitte kõige tervislikumad, aga tuju teevad nad kindlasti heaks.
400 g kohupiima (lahja, vanilliga, tavaline)
4 muna
4 spl jahu
1 spl küpsetuspulbrit
4 spl suhkrut
½ spl vanillisuhkrut
½ spl sidrunimahla
Õli küpsetamiseks
Tuhksuhkurt kaunistuseks
Vahusta muna ja suhkur, lisa kohupiim, sidrunimahl, vanillisuhkur. Viimasena lisa juurde küpsetuspulbriga segatud jahu. Lase taignal veidi seista. Kuumuta potis õli ja lisa lusikaga väiksed klombid kuuma õli sisse. Kui pallid on kuldpruunid tõsta need õlist välja, nõruta ja pane kaussi jahtuma. Raputa tuhksuhkruga üle ja head nautimist.
